Conditions for purchasing tickets

Name and surname on every ticket Must be the first and last name of the traveler only.
Passengers can purchase tickets through 5 channels as follows:

Must purchase 4 hours before travel time.

  2. QR Code Prompt Pay (for purchases made through the Facebook page Inbox)
    *You must pay within 10 minutes of receiving the QR Code.
  3. Cash
    *Take the payment code to make a payment at a Greenbus station or the Greenbus office.
  4. Bangkok Bank ATM
    *You can pay at any Bangkok Bank ATM.
  5. Bangkok Bank counter
    *You can pay at any Bangkok Bank branch.

    **Items 1 and 3-5 must be paid within 2 hours after making the transaction.

  1. receipt or slip paid through Counter service (7 – 11)
  2. SMS notification via communication system such as mobile phone or other equipment that specifies travel details
