Terms and conditions of service

  1. Ticket sales are divided into 2 types:
    • Normal ticket sales It is a ticket purchase within 12 hours before the departure time of the bus. and until the bus arrives at that station
    • Advance ticket sales It's buying a ticket. At least 12 hours before the departure time and tickets can be purchased 60 days in advance.
  2. Cancellation of conditions for ticket postponement for non-specified dates. 
  3. Ticket postponements can be made for specified travel dates only. 
  4. Ticket postponements can be made for only 1 transaction. times without paying a fee If the ticket has previously been postponed, it cannot be postponed again. Must use travel rights only.

  • Postponement can be made in 3 ways:
    1. Station / sales 
    2. representative sales office 
    3. Call Center (053 – 266480)
  1. Postponement of tickets for specified travel dates The travel date can only be specified within 60 days, counting from the date the ticket is brought in to make the transaction. 
  2. Postponing the ticket must be postponed from the time of departure only. and must notify at least 24 hours before the departure time (for example, if the passenger purchases a Lampang-Nan ticket But the main route is Chiang Mai-Nan buses.   3. Printing a new ticket is divided into 2 cases:

    • Printing a new ticket is free of charge. That is, in the case where the customer purchases via the internet or in the case where the printer has Problems while making a transaction, power outage, system failure, etc. Ticket cancellation conditions This can be done in the following cases.
  4. In the case of force majeure that causes the running to be canceled such as natural disasters, political situations. etc. 
    • In the case of an emergency, illness, or accident, a passenger must submit a medical certificate as evidence within 3 days from the date of travel. 
    • Otherwise, it will be considered that you have waived your right to travel.

Note: In cases other than the above cases Tickets cannot be canceled.

  1. Refund conditions
    In the case of a force majeure event that causes the trip to be canceled or the reservation system does not reserve seats, the company will refund the money within 20 business days after the date of receipt of complete documents from the customer.
    Documents required for ticket refund are as follows:
    1. Original ticket
    2. Copy of traveler's identification card (Name as on the ticket) 
    3. Copy of identification card of the person making the transaction on behalf of (In case other people come to do the transaction instead)

note :

  • In the case of refunding money, passengers must contact to receive the money within 30 business days (government) from the date the company Notify to receive money if the company deadline has passed. We reserve the right to not refund money 
  • In cases where there has been a change in the car's standard. The money must be refunded to the customer. Customers can contact to request a refund within 30 days (government) if the company's deadline has passed. We reserve the right not to refund the money
  • In the case that the passenger does not exercise the right to travel on the date and time specified in the ticket. They have agreed to accept the conditions and are considered to have waived their right to travel. 
  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Using the service to purchase tickets online without having to notify users in advance, groups of passengers who are entitled to fare reductions 
  1. According to the conditions of the Department of Land Transport, it is divided into 6 types as follows:
    • Children whose height does not exceed 130 cm (in the case of not wearing a school uniform)
    • students in uniform, grade not exceeding Mathayom 3
    • people with visible disabilities
    • people with disabilities who hold a membership card of the Association of Persons Disabled
    • people from any association, ID card holders of military and police officers - ID card holders of students at military schools Police generals
    • transport officer level 1, level 2 and inspector level ID card holders

    • Royal War in Europe ID card holders
    • Border Service Medal ID card holders

  • the rights of monks and novices. Both Thais and foreigners must show evidence. (Nuns or nuns who were ordained in Sri Lanka Only those rights can be used) 
  • in the case that the passenger's fare reduction rights card is about to expire. and want to buy tickets in advance but the specified date Travel is the expiration date according to the card. Passengers can make transactions as usual from the date of purchase 
  • in the case that passengers wish to use the right to reduce the fare. But having a relative or friend come to purchase a ticket instead without showing the discount rights card, etc., must be considered unable to use the right.   • in cases where the passenger has used the fare reduction right card. but do not travel and would like to change to have relatives or friends travel instead without paying a fee But you will have to pay an additional fare difference 
  • if your discount card has expired while you are in the process of applying for a new card. Must show evidence of requesting the original ID card for no more than 60 days only. If not, it must be considered that rights cannot be used 
  • in the case of relatives. Or a friend contacts you to make a purchase of a travel ticket for a passenger. At other ticket sales points, then have passengers come to pick up tickets. At another ticket selling point Must pay a ticket issuance fee of 30 baht.
