Terms and conditions of service

Ticket sales are divided into 2 types:

Cancellation of conditions for ticket postponement for non-specified dates.
Ticket postponements can be made for specified travel dates only.
Ticket postponements can be made for only 1 transaction. times without paying a fee If the ticket has previously been postponed, it cannot be postponed again. Must use travel rights only.

Postponement of tickets for specified travel dates The travel date can only be specified within 60 days, counting from the date the ticket is brought in to make the transaction.
Postponing the ticket must be postponed from the time of departure only. and must notify at least 24 hours before the departure time (for example, if the passenger purchases a Lampang-Nan ticket But the main route is Chiang Mai-Nan buses. Printing a new ticket is divided into 2 cases:

Refund conditions
