Terms and Conditions for GPASS:

1. G-PASS is exclusively for GreenBus passengers. Each pass code can be used by one passenger only.

2. G-PASS is a fare discount pass. It does not cover service fees or any additional charges at ticket counters or service points.

3. Only the pass holder may book seats. Passengers must present both their GPASS and a valid ID card when making a booking.

4. GPASS is valid only on the specified routes and vehicle standards, or lower.
     4.1 GPASS: 166V – valid for VIP, X, and A class buses
     4.2 GPASS: 166X – valid for X and A class buses
     4.3 GPASS: 198VX – valid for VIP, X, and A class buses

5. If the passenger reserves a seat but fails to travel more than twice, the GPASS will be automatically canceled.

6. After purchase, verify the information on the GPASS carefully, as it will be used for all seat reservations.

7. GPASS and tickets issued using it are non-refundable in all cases.

8. GPASS is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, with travel allowed until December 31, 2025.

9. In case of emergencies requiring a downgrade in bus class, the company reserves the right not to refund any fare.

10. Tickets issued using GPASS cannot be rescheduled.

11. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
